Underneath, the pilots are ordinary software — a shared record of bills of lading, handovers, and dispute notes, hosted by a neutral third party that all sides trust. The scope is strictly logistics: what was shipped, by whom, to whom, when. It is not a payments network, not a financial-asset platform, and customer money does not flow through it.
How we engage
Pilots typically run with a single freight corridor, a single industry, and a small set of named participants — a haulier, a producer, a buyer, a financier. We document the operating model carefully so that the pilot can graduate to production with a long-term operator.
